


This flag is shown together with a number that corresponds to a rider, meaning that the rider must immediately return to the pit box. Riders must slow down and return to the pit boxes as soon as possible. This flag is used with a red light to indicate that the race or practice session is being interrupted. If the flag marshal waves this flag while it is raining, MotoGP riders may enter the pit box to change their bike for one adapted to the rain. Riders understand that they must be prepared to stop and as long as this flag is shown, they may not pass other riders. This flag is waved to indicate a dangerous situation. This flag indicates the finish of the race or practice session. This flag is waved to advise a rider that a rider behind is about to pass. This combination of flags simply advises the rider of where the track is wet due to rain. White flag with diagonal red cross and yellow and red striped flag.

A green light is placed at the exit of the pit boxes in each training session, at the start of the sighting laps, and during the warm-up. A green flag means that the track is clear.
